Yage Kit 1

Ayahuasca Kit 1 (or ‘yage’) is a magic potion that has been brewed for millennia by Indian shamans (a.k.a. ‘vegetalistas’ or ‘ayahuasqueros’) in the Amazon rainforests of South-America. The potion is used to make contact with the spirit world, in the Western world better known as the (collective) unconscious.

Ayahuasca is very different from other psychedelics. While common psychedelics change the perception of reality, Ayahuasca or Yagé takes the user to a whole different level of being. According to ayahuasca travelers, ayahuasca opens a gateway to alternate parallel dimensions.

Effects

Ayahuasca is in fact the name of a brew that always consists of a combination of at least 2 plants, one of these plants contains a MAO-inhibitor, while the other one contains DMT. In normal circumstances, DMT is broken down by the liver before it can produce any effect. When mixed with a MAO-inhibitor the liver function is blocked, stopping it from breaking down the DMT. Users must beware: this psychedelic brew is no party drug. Shamans used it to heal mind and body or to get in touch with the deceased.
